This advanced class for content administrators demonstrates everything you need to know to create a SlideManager library that packs presentation intelligence into every presentation. Import slides, organize by Categories and Topics, manage templates, run the slide audit utility, and use reports to track slide and system usage. this class includes hands-on exercises and progress assessment.

SlideManager allows administrators to manage multiple levels of access and permissions. Learn the best practices and strategies for user registration, roles, permissions and Information Rights Management. Hands-on training will teach administrators how to add and delete users, edit user profiles, manage new users, organize users within groups for easier access management, define preferences for user groups, and generate usage and presentation reports. This class also covers an easy method to allow user self registration for low administration roll-out and increased user uptake.

PowerPoint is a powerful tool that takes minutes to learn and years to master. Most people using PowerPoint have never taken a class and most classes that we’ve reviewed do not cover the common PowerPoint "Gotchas" that arise with enterprise re-usability. This class covers a range of guidelines that will make your SlideManager experience consistently and predictably positive. The skills covered in this class include how to optimize the size of your graphics and slide shows, the best use of slide masters, slide layouts, placeholders, color schemes and shortcuts.
