Free instructor-led Webinars are scheduled every month
on subjects ranging from how to use SlideManager to slide optimization
and PowerPoint best
practices.
Dedicated Success Team Manager for every client
Every client is assigned a dedicated member of our Success Team to guide you
through implementation of SlideManager and ensure your satisfaction with the
system. Our Success Team has access all levels of our company to provide the
services you need. We'll do more than just answer questions, we will
resolve any SlideManager problems that you may encounter.
Online issue tracking
As a SlideManager client you will have access to a dedicated online
account center that connects directly to our CRM system. We constantly monitor the status of outstanding support issues.

Setup
Your ASP site can be up within 48 hours, branded to your
specifications. If you self-host our IT support staff will quickly guide
through you through your SlideManager installation.
Enhancement Upgrades
SlideManager upgrades will be managed automatically for
our ASP clients and simultaneously made immediately available to our self-hosted
clients. Every upgrade is introduced on a dedicated web page with
enhancement lists and an introductory recorded webinar.
